The form is to be submitted separately by every yatri.

In order to help an elderly person, to help anyone who is not proficient in using technology, for the sake of convenience, or for any other reasons, the yatra reservation form can also be filled and submitted by anyone on behalf of the Yatri (the person who will be joining us for the yatra). At such times, the Submitter (the person who is submitting the yatra reservation form on behalf of the Yatri) is responsible for reading out the terms and conditions of the yatra to the Yatri and getting the Yatri's consent for the same.
