The Sea Dub Classics are hosting a nutrition seminar with Kaiser Permanente physician Dr. Rebecca Kershnar on Monday, November 25th from 10:00am – 11:00am at Kaiser Permanente Arena.

Dr. Kershnar, a specialist in family and lifestyle medicine, will share her evaluation of how diet, exercise, stress, the mind-body connection and social interactions affect our overall wellness. This is the perfect way to gain some nutrition and wellness knowledge before the Thanksgiving holiday. You will not want to miss this information!

The Sea Dub Classics will host a variety of events this season to energize our fans with new activities to help them live well, with support from Santa Cruz Warriors staff and associates, Kaiser Permanente and local community partners. This new community program is to help Santa Cruz County citizens 55 and over live healthfully and thrive.
