Rotary Jerseys: 2024 All-Star Weekend
Thank you for your interest in a Rotary jersey (licensed and approved by Rotary International as a fundraiser by Four Seasons Rotary Club) to support The CART Fund. Jerseys are $40 each, and all money raised will help provide seed grants for research into a prevention, treatment or cure for Alzheimer's Disease. A limited number of jerseys are available, and will not be re-stocked.

Upon completing this form, you will receive an invoice via email. Your jersey(s) will be delivered or shipped when payment is received. Shipping is included within the continental US. For orders outside the US, we will contact you via email for more information and pricing.
