Set Up: Please be specific including if you need chairs, tables, sound system, paper, etc.
We classify events three different ways to best promote them: internal, bridge event, and external.  An internal event is mainly for members.  A bridge event is for members and their friends; it is an event that people feel comfortable inviting others to so they can see who we are without a lot of pressure.  A bridge event is a stepping stone for someone who might eventually want to join the church.  An external event is a big event like Sing We Now or Community Carnival where we strive to be a blessing to our community. *
How would you like this event advertised?  For internal events, your form needs to be turned in at least 2 weeks in advance, Bridge Events need to be turned in at least a month in advance, and External Events need to be turned in a month and a half in advance. *
