Summer is right around the corner and soon, Wisconsin will have an approved plan for Summer P-EBT.

Please provide a point of contact for the Summer P-EBT Program. This person should be able to answer some general parent questions related to P-EBT, guide households to the Department of Health Service (DHS) webpage related to P-EBT, and approve US Department of Agriculture (USDA) Free and Reduced-Price Meal Applications.

Reminder: Section 9(b)(6)(A) of the NSLA (42 USC 1758(b)(6)(A)) authorizes the limited disclosure of children's free and reduced price meal or free milk eligibility information to specific programs or individuals, without prior parent/guardian consent. Any individual that is provided with individual student eligibility information for state reporting purposes or local program fee waivers should complete the Disclosure Agreement for School Staff form (located on the School Nutrition Team's Free and Reduced Meal Eligibility webpage and retain a copy on file at the school food authority.
