Commencement 2023 Event Reservations
April 26, 2022 -- April 30, 2022

This is an inquiry form for a single event reservation for parties of 15-52. A team member from Mani and Isalita will contact you to confirm your reservation. 
Please note:
-- Once your reservation is confirmed, our team will send you an Event Policy Agreement; it must be read and signed by the host
-- Deposit and Contract will be required to finalize reservation.
-- All private and semi-private rooms will have a fixed price with a curated menu and beverage package
-- If you are interested in multiple dates, please fill out a separate form for each

In order to be fair to all those looking to celebrate. All events will be contracted for 2 hours.
