Thank you for your interest in ISR self rescue swimming lessons for your little one(s)! If you would like to participate in a future session, but all sessions or preferred time is full, please add your name to the waiting list to be notified of any openings. ISR Lessons are one on one, 10 minutes per day, Monday-Friday (5 days a week) for an average of 5-8 weeks. Infants 6 months - 18 months learn to roll-back and float. Children 18 months (and walking) and older learn to swim a short distance, roll-back to float rest and breathe, then continue the sequence until they can reach safety or be rescued.

There is a registration fee of $105, that is paid directly to ISR.
