Please list ALL PREVIOUS UMW PRACTICA: 1) School Name (add to the name ES, MS, HS, for example, Stafford ES or Stafford MS), 2) Grade (for elementary only), and 3) Content Area (for example: Ferry Farm ES, K, reading OR Thornburg MS, Civics, OR Riverbend HS, Algebra II and Geometry). Submit in the exact format as indicated. *
Time: Please be aware that local Elementary schools operate between 8:00 am to 3:30 pm (with some variation between districts).  Practicum is a required part of your course work.  It is important that you have scheduled time in your schedule to be able to complete the required number of hours.
List the days and times you are available to attend practicum (for example: MW 8 - 11:30 OR T/TH 12 - 3).  You must indicate a minimum of TWO 2.5 hour time blocks.  Submit in the exact format as indicated. Your time should start with when you can leave campus and end with when you must be back. *
After school placement - Are you interested in a placement that runs afterschool, typically form 3 - 5:30 pm? *
  Are you interested in a placement in Prince William County ? If yes, please know that there is no guarantee of a placement in that district. 
**Note - Placement in this districts may take additional time and clearances to receive.
