This form is to be completed by the CONDUCTOR/TEACHER selecting the singers.

DEADLINE EXTENDED TO FEBRUARY 7, 2020

INSTRUCTIONS - PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY

1. COMPLETE and submit this form NO LATER than January 31, 2020 to register your choristers in the Children's Chorus of Nova Scotia.

2. You must be a member of the NSCF to send singers - if you are not: Please register on our website.

3. Please ensure that your the singer has paid their fees by the January 31, 2020. Payment of the fee is the responsibility of the participant.

4. MUSIC folders will be forwarded to you once all forms and payments have been received, . Please distribute them to your choristers immediately, encouraging them to work on the music as it is critical they be familiar with all notes and rhythms prior to the regional rehearsals.

5. REGIONAL REHEARSALS will be determined by the number of chorister registrations from a particular area. There will be 3 - one for HRM, one for Valley, one for Central/North NS. We will offer them at staggered times, so if they have a conflict with the one in their area, they can choose to attend a different one. Attendance at the regional rehearsal is mandatory, and choristers who do not attend will be dismissed from the choir.
