Please fill out the below form in its entirety. It is important to fill this form out to the best of your ability so that you and your Undergraduate Academic Advisor can be fully prepared for your 15 minute advising appointment to go over your course selections for registration.

Please be sure to look over your degree advice as you are planning out your courses. You want to make sure you are choosing courses that cover your major requirements, minor requirements, and HUB units, but also courses that match your interests as well. If you have questions regarding what courses to choose for the Spring 2023 semester, please email your Undergraduate Academic Advisor. Please note that during this busy period it may take longer than normal to get back to your questions. Try your best to fill this form out and you will have an opportunity to run through these course options with your advisor in your appointment.
