In 2021, the City acquired the 4100 Gray St. property on the southwest corner of Randall Park with support from Jefferson County Open Space. This survey is to collect community interest and feedback on the concept of turning this ~.16 acres into a community garden. A potential concept design is the header image.

Smaller plots (10' x 10' or 10'x 20') rented to individuals on a seasonal basis (similar to the current southern half of Happiness Gardens)

One larger cooperative garden that is managed by a group (example: Sunnyside Farms)

Educational gardens managed by Wheat Ridge Parks and Recreation that are for the purposes of agricultural programs, youth and senior programs, therapeutic recreation programs, etc

I do not support the idea of a community garden in this space
