Green Elementary students in 4th grade should use this form to show Ms. Harrop which books from this year's Bluebonnet Master List they have completed.

You must fill out a form for each book that you read.

Read five books to be eligible to vote for your favorite in January.
Read ten books to be invited to a special Bluebonnet Reading Celebration, also in January.
