If you are not interested in buying any of the conference packages and but arrange only Hotel Accommodation in the Conference Hotel you can fill in the form below. If you have already bought one of Blue or Green Packages please do not fiil in this form.

Double/Twin Room for 2 person per room per night: 60.00 EUR for 2 person / for 3 person per night 90.00 EUR
Single room (only for 1 person) per room per night: 50.00 EUR
These prices includes Open Buffet Breakfast

Child 0-2 ages: Free of charge
Child 3-6 ages: %50 pays - %50 discount

***A twin room has 2 separate single beds. If you are staying in a twin room, please note the name of the person you would like to share the room with. Otherwise, the system will randomly place you with one of the participants.
