Coaching Interest Form
I've been coaching clients 1:1 and in groups since 2015. I have done this so many different ways. Now, I'm trying something new to make sure I'm doing my best as a coach to help the clients who are most ready to do the work during or after their divorce to have healthy relationships moving forward.

My time is so limited that it's best to screen all potential new clients to make sure you and I will make a good fit for coaching or mentoring through your divorce process and co-parenting journey. And we can make the most of our time together, if we decide to set up a coaching consult.

**Please answer these questions as honestly and most transparent as possible.**

There are no right or wrong answers, only your truths about your circumstances and situation. Those leaving things blank or being vague will not be considered for coaching. You'll be notified if I think we'd be a good fit. Repeat requests will be deleted and probably not considered for coaching.

If you are accepted, you will be sent a link to schedule a consultation appointment and pay the $50 USD fee at the same time.
