The Process:
Simply purchase a frame of your choice in advance of the event date, then we will email you instructions for shipping your flowers safely to our Seattle studio. Your finished order will be wrapped securely and shipped gift ready for its #florever home! If you are based in the Seattle area please note this in the comments section of this form for free pick-up/drop off! Otherwise, the safest way to send your bouquet will be overnight shipping.

Important Information:
Wander & Press is a trusted & professional botanical preservation studio that uses reliable techniques to ensure your botanicals are handled with the utmost care and respect. The studio will wrap, cushion, and provide extra layers of protection to your package prior to shipping. We advise you to display your finished product away from heat and direct sunlight to slow the natural fading process down. You can expect flower colors to fade slowly over time.

How do I order from you? What will the process look like?

1. Fill out this form to purchase and book a preservation slot for a framed, preserved bouquet! Here we will ask you for your paypal or venmo ID for us to send your order for payment when you're ready. You can email wanderandpress@gmail.com with any questions you have in advance.
2. Your order is confirmed once full payment is received. We will send you instructions in advance of the event date for a bouquet shipment coordinator for proper shipping and handling.
3. Once we receive your bouquet the preservation process begins immediately-- then follows design and framing.
   
4. The whole process can take anywhere between 3-5 months depending on the drying period. Once framing is complete, your order will arrive safely to its #florever home!
   

How long will it take to dry my bouquet?
Once we receive your bouquet in the mail, you can expect the preservation process to take anywhere between 4-8 weeks depending on the flowers. We are happy to update you on the status of your order at any time.

How do you preserve flowers?
The studio uses several methods (traditional and modern) for perfectly drying out botanicals from moisture, and in a delicate process that maintains an identifying structure. We take immense care with your flowers. The preservation process may be long, but the wait is worth it!

Can I design the final arrangement for the frame?
Of course! Artists choice or you can lead the design. You’ll have a chance to pick a design option in advance to lead the process. We will show you the final arrangement for any adjustments you need, before we adhere the botanicals to the frame.

What if flowers or glass are damaged during shipping? The shipping information emailed to you in advance of the event will help you prep for safe flower travel to the studio. Once the final piece is ready, we will do everything necessary to ensure the package is securely wrapped to avoid damage to the piece.

Is shipping included in the final price? No, this cost is separate. You will be financially responsible for all shipping needs-- so sending the fresh bouquet to the Seattle studio, as well as sending the finished frame from Seattle to its final destination. 

What is your return policy? I do not accept returns or refunds at this time.
