The time of day you want your shoot. Earliest time is 10AM and latest is 10PM. Please enter in increments of 30 min. (1 hour maximum) EX: 10:30AM, 3:00PM. In addition, please note that the Registration Lounge will be unavailable from Friday through Saturday from 10AM to 1PM due to badge pickup traffic. 

Included in parentheses are outdoor/indoor type and an estimate of how many people the area can hold.

This is so that we can avoid scheduling your panels on the time you want to run your shoot. Results are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to be as accommodating as possible.
