Application for Inset Day sessions: Sept 2nd/3rd 2021

We are able to offer sessions at Liscard Pirates Club on the following Inset Days in September 2021, prior to children returning to school on Monday 6th September:

- Thursday 2nd September 2021 - open 8am-6pm - £25 per child
- Friday 3rd September 2021 - open 8am-6pm - £25 per child

If you would like to reserve a place, please complete this form no later than Wednesday 25th August 2021 so that we can ensure we have sufficient staffing in place.

IF YOU DO NOT PRE-BOOK we are unable to guarantee a place.

Once your application is accepted, the appropriate charge/s will be added to your Arbor account. Please ensure fees are paid IN ADVANCE of the session/s.
