Who?: Riders in grades 4-12
What?: Equitation based shows where you ride host barn's horses
When?: September-April
Where?: Maryland/Virginia
Why?: To meet new people, ride new horses, have fun, and prepare for college riding.
Riders will represent Hidden Lane Farm, LLC. of Woodbine, MD. Riders will be coached by Alyssa Peddicord, so please reach out to her at 410-428-8950 with any questions.
Riders from outside barns are welcome to express interest in joining the team, as long as they are currently enrolled in weekly lessons.
Upper School (9th-12th): minimum riding requirements are walk, trot, and canter with other horses.
Middle School (4th-8th): minimum riding requirements are walk, trot, and canter with other horses.
General Information
- The shows begin in the late summer (as early as September) and end in the spring (as late as April)
- Everyone that competes draws their mount(s) for the day
- 1 team member per class per division per show collects points for the team, with the exception of Beginner walk/trot riders. A different rider can be selected for team points for flat and over fences. Everyone collects individual points.
- There are 4 divisions for upper school: flat, x-rails, 2’, and 2’6
- There are 3 divisions for middle school: flat, x-rails, and 2’

Please complete and submit this form by Saturday 6/1 if you are interested in joining the team. Completing this form is to express interest, final commitments will be requested in July. A team picture and dinner is slated for August.
