We have a limited number of spaces available for live visual performers to perform on stage or around the festival grounds.

Please be aware that these are not paid performances, however we are able to negotiate a reduced ticket price or offer a free ticket to the event depending on the service provided.

We appreciate and respect the time, energy and unique talents of each and every applicant and we hope you understand that as a young festival we very much rely on volunteers to make our event viable and to help our festival and community grow in future years.

Be sure to submit a link to some of your work that best showcases your talent. We receive a lot of applications so the time we have to review all of them is limited. Please provide a link to a single youtube clip (or similar) that showcases your talent.

All performers will be required to have their own public liability and other relevant insurances.

All successful applicants will be required to complete a suitable COVID-19 awareness course (https://www.health.gov.au/resources/apps-and-tools/covi%C4%8F-19-infection-control-training) in order to participate at the event.
