to succeed. They are well versed in the policies, rules, and statutes
governing our services and they deftly lead their team through daily
services and program audits. No matter the conditions of the seas, they
keep the ship sailing true to its course. This person is a stable,
reassuring presence for executive leadership, program employees, and
support staff. This nominee thrives in crisis because they can always
pull a rabbit out of the hat when they need one. This award is open to
Chief Operating Officers or similar, Program Directors, or Program
Supervisors.
