Bio for each presenter, panelist, moderator, artist, or performance group. Please separate individuals by a double dash (- -). *
Speaker Qualifications: Tell us about your previous speaking/performing experience. If you have links to videos or other online material, please include. *
Have any of the speakers presented at the Summit in the last two years? (Note, speakers may present multiple times if content provides participants new/updated information.)   *
Does your session include an experiential or interactive component? *
How do you plan to engage participants in your session? Does your plan go beyond Q & A? *
In addition to your primary presentation, are you interested in hosting a networking session, or serving as a moderator for other sessions? A variety of networking sessions are being developed. They will provide a space for people to follow their curiosity and make small group connections.  Moderators will help introduce single or duo speakers, and assist presenters with Q & A, and potential technical questions about Zoom (training and technical support will be provided).   *
Are you willing to promote your session, or the Summit as a whole, to your colleagues? *
50 minute live presentation will be hosted between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm on Thursday, March 18, 2021. Are you (and your co-presenters) available to present on this day? *
Are you willing to co-present if another presenter has submitted a related topic?   *
Workshops will be hosted on Friday, March 19. Are you (and your co-presenters) able to present anytime between 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 19? *
Is there anything else you would like the Summit selection committee to know?
