Sixth Form subject selection form 2021
We have 75 places reserved for our Year 12 entry. Once we have received 50 completed subject selection forms, we will confirm the option blocks, together with any additions or changes.  

You will begin Year 12 with four subjects so you have the opportunity to explore various courses of interest. By half term you will reduce your timetable to three subjects, and you might opt to pick up an Extended Project Qualification (EPQ).

Please select FOUR subjects, each one in a different option block. You may choose a reserve subject.

We place Modern Foreign Languages in the most appropriate block for best fit once we have selection choices in. Please tick the specific language you are interested in. 

If you wish to study BTEC Sport ⧪, please select the subject in BOTH option B and option D. A third subject may also be chosen alongside BTEC Sport from Options A, C or E.  

BTEC ICT is a single Level 3 qualification.

It is possible you might change your mind about your subject choices in light of your GCSE results in August. We will do our very best to accommodate any adjustments however, sometimes some subjects may already be full based on our timetable planning and we may not be able to add to those existing groups.
