About Establishing an Asian Health Law Association:
An Asian Health Law Association would facilitate professional development and exchange of ideas, stimulate learning and networking among health lawyers, and would focus on matters of relevance for Asia. Such an Association would also work towards the advancement of national, regional, and global health law & policy education in Asia. The Association would be open to individuals from the public, private and non-profit sector, bringing together legal professionals from government agencies, law and consulting firms, policy institutes, academia, companies, and other non-governmental groups. The O’Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law, along with the Global Health Law Program at the National University of Singapore (NUS) Centre for International Law (CIL), the University of Philippines College of Law, the National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University School of Law (NYCU Law), and the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), is supporting the establishment of the Asian Health Law Association
