SWAN Foodbank Registration 
SWAN (Charity No 1188649) has been providing food aid to the local commuity since 2012.

We run a Foodbank for South London Islamic Centre, 8 Mitcham Lane, SW16 6NN, every Tuesday Morning from 10.30 - 12pm. 

Please complete the registration online OR come to the foodbank and register in person. 

Our foodbank is open to individuals and families in need. Including: 
Low income families 
Single parent families 
Refugees/asylum seekers 
Elderly/infirm 
Homeless 

WE DO NOT DELIVER FOOD PARCELS.

4. I could be asked to leave the foodbank by the SWAN management team if I fail to provide information required or if I am rude or disruptive to the team or other foodbank beneficiaries. 

4. SWAN does not deliver food parcels. Once registered I must be able to personally COLLECT or arrange collection of a food parcel once a month if needed.
