The Jersey City Arts Fund Referendum Survey

In February 2020, the City Council approved a referendum ballot question that would establish an Arts & Culture Trust to support local arts & culture organizations, artists, arts education, and more. Funds would be raised through a small property tax, which will most likely be either a quarter or half a penny per $100 in property value, but would be capped at 2 cents per $100:
