  • Performance Management for Freediving: Prepping for Competition 

  • Objective: Equip freedivers with cognitive tools, stress management techniques, and physiological understanding to enhance performance and maintain control during high-stress situations.

  • Practical Applications and Teaching Strategies: Learn vagus nerve maneuvers, both water-friendly and for dry life. These approaches are part of the Hicks D.I.V.E. Method, a breath-work free approach to "direct impact on vagus engagement". 

  •  You will also learn how to incorporate the same techniques to improve self-regulation in day-to-day life. 

  • Stigmatizing-free approach to managing the thought interruption that can occur during performances.
