MCMS Band Workshop Registration Form

Use this form to register for Band Workshop at Marin Community Music School, 55 San Anselmo Avenue, San Anselmo, CA. The Workshop meets Sundays from 2:00 to 3:30 on 10/15, 10/29, 11/5, 11/19, and 12/3. You may also attend an optional Orientation meeting on 9/24 at 2:00 pm. The cost is $150 per student. You will receive a copy of your registration form via email to confirm your participation. If you are not currently enrolled at MCMS, you will be asked to fill out a separate registration form.
