PK-12 Museum Tour Booking Form
To schedule a tour of the City by the Sea Museum for your school or homeschool group, please fill out the form below and a staff member will be in contact to confirm your field trip. 

PRICING:

Tours for students in PK-12 are $3 per student. Payment can be made prior to arrival or on the day of your tour via credit card, cash, or check made payable to Palacios Area Historical Association.

Tours are limited to 50 students at a time, for larger groups please schedule multiple tour times for the same day, or choose more than one day. Any additional notes about your preference for scheduling of larger groups can be added here.
