PAYMENT

Booking fee is $2 per person per hour, you will receive the booking fee back in store credit
Payment is required upon booking or the slot will not be reserved
Booking fees are non-refundable, missed bookings will still receive store credit
Store Credit cannot be used to pay for any booking fees
Prebooked Tournament entry does not require regular booking fee
Payment can be made in person with Cash or Card
Payment can be made digitally with paypal or bank transfer

RESERVATIONS

Bookings can be made up to 1 week in advance
Maximum of 20 customers in store
Maximum of 4 people per large table and 2 people per small table
Late attendance of 10 minutes or more will be forfeited, for the current hour block
Booking in 1 hour blocks up to 3 hours per session
Bookings will not be finalised without confirmation of pay or response
Prompt departures are expected, players will be expected to pack up games by the last 5 minutes of their session as to ensure the next party are able to be seated

OTHER

No outside food is to be consumed inside the store
Keep your distance between other customers, no spectating games
Digital sign in is required at the start of sessions at the counter
Hand sanitiser, hand soap, tissues, disinfectant wipes and bins are provided in store free of charge and are encouraged to be used during your session
Playspaces are cleaned between every session
Refrain from touching, borrowing, cutting or shuffling, other players' dice, tokens, cards, game pieces
Any players exhibiting any symptoms of sickness will be asked to leave
Keep your belongings close to you so that other patrons are able to keep their distance from you
