Potato Diet 3-Month Follow-Up Survey (unofficial)
Hi!  This is a 3-month-ish follow-up survey for folks who participated in Slime Mold Time Mold's Potato Diet!  This survey is not run by SMTM, but an independent fan who also participated in the study.  I have SMTM's permission & blessing to do this survey, though.

I'm doing this because I'm too impatient for the 6-month follow-up, and also because a 6-month follow-up wouldn't be able to tell the difference between "weight regained at fast as the original weight loss", and "weight regained at 1/6 the rate as the original weight loss".  I'm curious to know what the regain rate is!

Like SMTM's original study, this survey data will be pseudonymized but public.  Thank you!
