A Study of Food Waste Reduction in Selected Casual Dining Restaurants in Manila Toward Effective Culinary Strategies

We are 3rd year students from the College of International Tourism and Hospitality Management of Lyceum of the Philippines University-Manila enrolled in the program “Bachelor of Science in International Tourism Management and Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management” Currently, we are doing our research entitled “A Study of Food Waste Reduction in Selected Casual Dining Restaurants in Manila Toward Effective Culinary Strategies” as partial fulfillment of the requirements for graduation. 

We would like to ask for your consent to participate as one of our respondents in this survey. Rest assured that the information given will be treated with utmost confidentiality and the results of this survey will be utilized for educational purposes and will only be shared within the academic community. It will take you about fifteen minutes (15) to complete this survey if you accept to participate. The following criteria must be met for respondents to be included in the study:

● Respondents must of 18-59 year old of any gender
● Must be a Filipino Citizen. 
● Must be an employee of casual dining restaurants in Manila City only.
● Participants must be able to read and understand the language; English or Filipino. 
● Participants must be able and complete the consent form. 
● Participant that is willing to participate
