We recognise that it has been a challenging time and this survey is one way we are seeking to understand how the Learning at Home Program experience was for you, as parents and carers.

We are aware that many of you have children in different year levels and your experiences may be different for each child.

As a result, the survey below is designed to be completed for ONE child only, but should only take a few minutes. At the end of the survey there is space to elaborate on any of your answers or provide extra information, if you would like to.
