To ensure a tailor-made and magical experience for your cherished furry friend, kindly complete the Dog Daycare and Boarding Intake Form. This enchanted questionnaire allows me to gather all the whimsical details about your pet's preferences, routines, and any special needs they may have. 

Dog sitting in your home requires advance notice and is offered on a case by case basis. The fairy's insurance only covers care in the fairy's home. Insurance does not cover a booking taking place in your home.

I understand the form is a bit long and daunting. Your responses will guide me in creating the best personalized care plan, ensuring that your pet's stay with The Fairy Pawsitter is filled with joy, comfort, and the magic of a true fairy tale.
