You are required to enter information where there are red stars.  Once your entries are processed, you will receive a confirmation email.  

Only animals with valid registration numbers may be entered online.  Animals with pending registrations must be entered via hard copy form.  

PAYMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED FOR ENTRIES TO BE PROCESSED.
