IMPORTANT INFORMATION PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR PROPOSAL

Hilton Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC is the site for the 2019 Carolina TESOL conference, November 6-8, 2019. DEADLINE to submit proposals is August 31, 2019. Presenters MUST register AND pay for the conference prior to October 1, 2019 in order to be included in the 2019 Carolina TESOL program. Our theme for our 35th Annual Conference is: LOOKING BACK TO MOVE FORWARD

EQUIPMENT: All presentation rooms will be equipped with LCDs and screens as well as Internet access. You will need to provide your own Laptops and speakers for videos. If you use a MAC computer, please bring a converter. One will NOT be provided. If you require an ELMO, overhead projector, etc. you will need to furnish it.

Please note if you require to be accommodated on specific days and/or times to present, you will need to email the conference committee at rmccabe2617@gmail.com. (No guarantees on specific dates and times) If not, and your proposal is accepted, please plan to present during any session between 9:00 am Wednesday through 10:00 am Friday.
