Please fill out the following form in order to be considered to be a vendor for 400 Market, taking place at 400 West Rich on the last Sunday of each month, from 12-4PM.

Please note that all booths will be located indoors.

Vendors may arrive to setup as early as 10:30 AM Sunday, but must be ready to sell by 12PM. Teardown may begin at 4 PM, unless otherwise discussed.
