2024 SCW Grad Night Registration
2024 SCW Grad Night Attendance and Confirmation of Guidelines

All eligible seniors are invited to attend the St. Charles West Grad Night Party. Eligibility is based on successful completion of all St. Charles West High School graduation requirements, including attendance and participation in the graduation ceremonies. This year's event will take place at the Renaud Center,  2650 Tri Sports Cir, O'Fallon, MO 63368. Doors will open at 10pm and be locked at 10:30pm on June 1st. The event will end at 4:00am on June 2nd.

This event is FREE but you must register by Friday, May 10th. We need to order the correct amount of food and have a smooth check-in process! You will also need to have a parent/guardian consent form turned into the office by May 10th. 

Grad night doors will open at 10:00pm on June 1st and will be closed at 10:30pm. No one will be admitted after 10:30pm unless advanced permission has been granted. Doors will be unlocked at 4:00am and students will be allowed to leave at that time on June 2nd. Prizes will be handed out as students are leaving. Our goal is for every student to receive at least one prize.

Food, snacks, soda, and entertainment will be provided throughout the evening.  NO outside food or drink is allowed to be brought into the facility. Graduates will be allowed to bring a small personal item, such as a bag and/or purse; these will be subject to search before entering. Grad Night Volunteers are not able to provide nor guarantee protection of personal items, but there will be a location for these items

All graduates will respect the property and activities with appropriate behavior. If any graduate behaves in an offensive or disrespectful manner, they will be asked to leave and will agree to leave when asked. If the need arises for a student to be asked to leave, parents/guardians will be notified.

All attendees participating in Grad Night activities are voluntary and all attendees participate at their own risk. Volunteers, SCW Booster Club, and the St. Charles School District will not be held liable for any accidents or injury resulting in the activities provided by this event.

Grad Night has a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY.  Any graduate who enters must NOT be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.  Any student in the possession and/or under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be sent home with parents/guardians.

Any graduate who would like to leave, before the event ends, will not be re-admitted and parent(s)/guardian(s) will be notified.  These students will forfeit their chance for end of event prize drawings.

This completed form is required to be admitted FREE to the Renaud Center on the night of Grad Night, in addition to a signed parent/guardian consent form. 

Graduates who do not register by May 10th are still welcome to register at the door, but the cost will be $20 to be admitted. Students must also bring a signed parent/guardian consent form with them at that time. While all efforts will be made for all students to take home a gift, students who register at the door will not be guaranteed one.

If there were to be an emergent event, we want to best be able to update qualified professionals with information necessary to any required care and appreciate your providing the information below.  Some of this information is also on the Parental Consent, however, we want to have this electronically for easy access if the situation arises.

Once you submit, you are now REGISTERED to attend Grad Night on June 1, 2024.  Please arrive for check-in between 10:00-10:30pm at the Renaud Center 2650 Tri Sports Cir, O'Fallon, MO 63368. Be prepared to have fun with your friends, enjoy food and games, plus entertainment.
