Reminder that your track races from the A meet last week at Herndon and this B should only add up to three total running events as VHSL rules state you may only do 3 running events at a meet...but you may also enter unlimited field events.
IF YOU SIGN UP, YOU ARE EXPECTED TO ATTEND THE MEET! Also, all athletes are committing to stay for the entire meet as it's our home meet. Make your decision now, do not sign up and then not come due to weather, homework, etc. If you do that, you will not be entered in any more meets this season. Do not ask to leave early...stay and support your teammates and help us clean up after the meet.
Events for "B Meets": 3200m run, 4x100m Relay, 300m hurdles, 800m Run, 200m Dash, 4x400m Relay, Girls HJ, Boys LJ, Girls TJ, Girls Discus, Boys SP
NOTE: Meet starts at 5:30pm although throws will likely start at 5pm as kids arrive.
