Community and Private Facility Use
General Use:
-The church facility may be used for worship, and local evangelism events from sundown Friday to sundown Saturday (Sabbath hours).
-Non-worship and secular activities can be hosted from sundown Saturday to sundown Friday (non-Sabbath hours)
-It is understood that the use of this area will include restrooms and hallways.
-Alcohol, tobacco and illegal substances are prohibited on the Pendleton Seventh-day Adventist Church property.
-Food is only allowed in the Fireside room.
-The rent and a $50.00 refundable Cleaning/Damage Deposit are required to reserve the facility for non-Adventists.
-The cost of repair for any damages is the responsibility of the group renting the facility.
-The actual repair will be the responsibility of the church.
-Direct any questions about appropriate use to the Pastor.
Rent:
Non-Constituent Organizations or Individuals:
-Must show proof of liability insurance if renting on a Continuous basis; regular week-to-week, day-to-day.
-A non-constituent renter must have the support of a constituent member of the Pendleton Seventh-day Adventist Church who is willing to sign this agreement for the non-constituent individual.
-Kitchen/Dining area: $50.00/2 hours (2 hour minimum, $25.00/hour beyond 2 hours).
-Use for religious purposes may not incur a cost, the decision will be made by church leadership.
Constituent Organizations or Individuals:
-Constituent churches and constituent church groups are welcome to use the facilities on an occasional basis at no charge when scheduled and arranged through the church board administration. Any cost incurred to correct damages by the users beyond the $50.00 refundable cleaning deposit will be charged to the user.
-Kitchen/Dining area: $15.00/2 hours (2 hour minimum, $7.50/hour beyond 2 hours). This applies if renting on a continuous basis.
