By signing below, I understand that when my child is to be picked up I, or the person with my permission to pick up will have the appropriate Pick-Up card in the front window of the vehicle. I understand that if the card is not in the vehicle, I will be asked to park and sign out the student from the front office. Identification will be required.I also understand that any change in transportation is to be made by 1:00 pm on Regular days and 10:00 am on Early Release days. If I do not make arrangements by the expected time, I understand that they will use their usual form of transportation. / Al firmar entiendo cuando se recoja a mi hijo, yo o la persona con mi permiso para recoger tendremos la tarjeta de recogida correspondiente en la ventana delantera del vehículo. Entiendo que si la tarjeta no está en el vehículo, se me pedirá que me estacione y firme la salida del estudiante en la oficina principal. Se requerirá identificación.También entiendo que cualquier cambio en el transporte debe hacerse antes de la 1:00 pm en días regulares y a las 10:00 am en días de salida anticipada. I am aware and understand the school schedule:1st bell rings at 7:25a. Early release dismissal is at 11:45a. Regular day dismissal is at 2:10pm. I am committed to ensuring my child arrives to school on time and is picked up on time everyday. /Conozco y comprendo el horario escolar: la primera campana suena a las 7:25 a. m.
