As a Customer Delight Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers through a variety of channels. You will be the primary point of contact for customers to deliver order requests ensuring the customer receives an effective service by being efficient, knowledgeable and consistent in delivery.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working in a high traffic call center
- Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Communications, Customer Service, Business Administration or related discipline.
- Familiarity with CRM Systems and practices
- Sales skills and Customer service orientation
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) including multi-channel communication skills
- Problem solving skills, active listening, empathy and attention to detail
- Experience working in e-commerce is an added advantage
- Male candidate preferred
