The use of the pavilion is for residents and their guests only. *
The resident applicant will be responsible for the disciple of those in attendance and will care for all furnishings and property. *
CLEANING AFTER USE: The pavilion, barbecue, changing rooms and pool area will be cleaned of all trash and debris. *
Closing time for the pavilion is 10:00PM. *
Applicant agrees to the rules and regulations of the community and those, which are set forth in this document. It is also understood that I have read this agreement and understand that failure to comply with the policies of this agreement and the declaration of the community will result in fines. *
