Welcome to the 7th annual RomantiConn: A Romance Author Signing Event brought to you by Kitty Berry Books, LLC.
This event will be held on Friday, July 24th and Saturday, July 25, 2026 at The Trumbull Marriott located about an hour from NYC. Metro North Railroad and the Long Island ferry are only a hop, skip, and a jump away. New York or Connecticut airports are also easily accessible. It's an easy drive from the Boston area with easily accessible major highways.
RomantiConn promotes a comfortable event for romance authors–both new and experienced–to share their love of books with readers. We also want to bring our readers an opportunity to spend their day shopping for not just books, but also book-related goodies and much more.

Vendors will have an opportunity to sign up for a Friday and/or Saturday table.
On Friday, vendors will be in the foyer area directly outside of the main ballroom where the authors will sign. On Saturday, vendors will have their own room with free admission for anyone at the hotel or entering to shop. This space will be before the registration area where readers will pay to enter the signing rooms. This will allow visitors at the hotel or people in the area who wish to shop, but might not be a romance reader, to enter without paying for the event.
By filling out this form, you are requesting to sell your goods at the 2026 event. Completion of this form does not guarantee you to a table. Only one table per company will be awarded (meaning, for example, we will not sell to 2 individuals both selling for Color Street). If a table is granted, you will be sent a contract to sign and return. Once the contract is signed and returned, you will be invoiced for the non-refundable deposit to hold your table. Once that deposit is received, other vendors applying from the same company will be placed on our waiting list in the event you should become unable to attend and need to sell your table.
Payment in full will be due on or before 1/24/26.
Fees & Pricing are as follows:

2026 Vendor Tables:
Friday Event Only: $135
Saturday Event Only: $160
Combo Table (Friday & Saturday Event): $210
Floorspace with approximately 1-2 feet between tables.
6’ table with white linens to the floor and 2 chairs per table. Upon request, additional chairs will be considered.
Free Wi-Fi.
Assistants or any additional guest(s) sitting at the table with the vendor are free of charge in the vendor room.
Refund Policy/Terms & Conditions:
A non-refundable deposit of $100 will be due upon invitation to sell your goods at RomantiConn 2026. That fee is required to hold your table and will need to be received before your name will be released on social media.
Payment in full will be due on or before 1/24/26. If for any reason the vendor cancels, there will be no refunds or credits given and all payments are forfeited. However, where funds are non-refundable, they are transferable. Kitty Berry Books, LLC. will make every attempt to help a vendor find a replacement from the same or similar company. The RomantiConn waiting list will be utilized first. Any and all replacement vendors MUST be approved by Kitty Berry Books, LLC. Kitty Berry Books, LLC. must be informed of and approve any and all changes.
If RomantiConn is cancelled for any reason, the deposit will either be refunded or applied to a future event at the sole discretion of Kitty Berry Books, LLC. If the event is rescheduled or postponed, each vendor will have the option to attend on the new date or attempt to sell their table.
