Participants for the EUSA-FISU Seminar are requested to submit their travel plans as soon as possible; latest by February 25.

Participants are obliged to arrange and cover their transportation to the official airport, or event venue if arriving by own transport; while the participation fee covers the cost of accommodation, catering, event organisation and local transport.
