Hey folks! To cut down on confusion and the possibility of an email being missed, review requests will now be submitted on this form.
There are a few things to keep in mind when submitting:
- I do not get paid for reviews. My reviews are fair and as completely honest as I can be, and getting paid for the review would be unethical, in my opinion. Love 'em or hate 'em, I call them as I read them, it's as simple as that.
- My turnaround time is at least a month out, sometimes longer depending on life and other obligations. If you need something sooner, I will sometimes try if my schedule isn't too full, but in most cases, it's gonna be at least a month.
- I read most genres, some more than others, but more than anything else, the synopses needs to interest me. There are a couple of genres/tropes I tend to stay away from, but again, if the synopses grabs me, I sometimes make exceptions.
- Finally, I will try to respond to every submission. Obviously, I can't say yes to every single request, but I will try to let you know one way or the other. That said, things do sometimes slip through the crack, so feel free to resubmit if you don't hear back from me within a week.
