- A Pre-teaching consultation (£60) must take place prior to tuition commencing. During this time we will conduct assessments to find out the students’ current attainment.
- The cost of our children's tuition is £40 per hour. This will be invoiced at each session and will be required to be paid in full within 7 days.
- Late cancellations or failures to attend appointments or teaching sessions mean that we cannot reschedule our specialists effectively and we incur costs. It also means that other clients will have missed out on the opportunity to fill a vacant slot – particularly in the case of oversubscribed services.
- It is therefore really important that you notify us in advance if you are unable to attend any scheduled appointments or session(s). If you fail to do so, you can still be charged for the session and in the case of repeated no-shows or late cancellations, we can terminate the contract and recover all of the charges that you originally agreed to pay for the whole course or sessions. The more advance notice you can give us the better. Cancellations made less than 75 hours will occur a 100% charge. Cancellations over 72 will occur no charge. Of course there may be a good reason why you are unable to attend. In such cases we would still ask you to inform us giving as much notice as possible. Unfortunately telling us after you have missed an appointment or session will be too late to avoid a charge.
