I am bringing a child (age 0 to 7th grade) to Kol Emeth on Yom Kippur (Saturday, October 12th) and would like them to participate in the Yom Kippur Youth Programming (10:00 am - 12:00 pm).
I am a Kol Emeth member, OR I am a non-member and I have already acquired High Holiday tickets through my family or by registering HERE.

Please do not fill out this form if your child will be attending services with you. We only need to know which children are coming to our youth programming.

Please note:

Children under 5 must be accompanied by a parent or trusted adult at all times.
Children in K-7th grade must have a parent or trusted adult on site while the child is in our care.
