Thank you for your interest in Jett Foundation's Camp Promise Connect, a virtual camp program hosted LIVE on Zoom! Our camp session will be May 24- 26, 2024!
Camp Promise Connect consists of hands-on activities, along with virtual hang out sessions hosted daily, throughout the session.
At this time, Camp Connect Boxes and T-Shirts for the Connect program are no longer available to order, but a list of items to purchase will be provided to each participant, in order for everyone to be able to participate! Please note: any items purchased by the family is not reimbursable by Jett Foundation.
The purpose of this program is to bring campers together with unique activities and good conversation; a way to see old friends, make new friends, and have some fun along the way!
This program is open to individuals with Duchenne muscular dystrophy and other select neuromuscular disorders - whether a new face or a friendly old face, we are happy to have you! We serve ages 6 and up.
