The City of San Diego is pleased to provide a series of free informational presentations* for City-serviced residents on the new green bin and collection schedule. These presentations are offered as virtual Zoom webinars or in-person workshops at select locations.
This registration page is for the in-person
workshop “Your Home’s New Green Bin” taking place on Saturday, October 28, 2023,
from 11 a.m. to noon at the Pacific Beach Library (4275 Cass St, San Diego, CA 92109) and will cover:
- What goes in the new green bin.
- Importance of recycling your organic waste.
- Green bin cleaning and storage tips.
- Q&A session with City staff.
Please indicate language preferences during registration at least 7 days in advance of the event. Language accommodation may not be guaranteed if requested within 3 days of the event. If you have special language needs and require additional assistance, please email sdrecyclingworks@sandiego.gov or call 858-694-7000.
