Welcome to The Swan!  You should by now have received a pack of enrolment forms.  It is vital that you complete these accurately and in as much detail as possible so that we are able to plan for your child's transition to secondary school.  You will also have received a family handbook.

All families are required to attend an enrolment interview with a member of the senior leadership team before joining the school.  The purpose of this interview is to:

- Check that we have all the information required for enrolment;
- Explain and clarify key features of life at The Swan;
- Get to know you and your child;
- Give families a chance to ask questions and tell us anything else that you think is important.

Please use this form to select a time for your 15 minute interview.  Please make sure you bring your completed forms with you to the interview.  We recommend that you also read the family handbook carefully before the interview so you can ask us about anything you are unsure about.
